This video course is a companion to the DBT Skills Practice Through Art workbook for Youth (16–25+). It is based on Julie F. Brown’s (2016) DBT program and guides you through each section of the workbook with video instruction, reflective exercises, and skills practice. You work through the material at your own pace, returning to videos and activities as many times as you need. The course is available through ArtBeat membership, which gives you time-limited access — choose a 1-month or 3-month pass. The workbook is sold separately and can be downloaded any time from the Workbooks section.
This resource is based largely on Julie F. Brown’s (2016) DBT program. In this course we will cover:

DBT skills practice through art. Strength-based, culturally-sensitive, evidence-based resources and courses for parents, caregivers, and frontline workers.
