Maybe you prefer making your own notes in your own creative journal? ArtBeat offers online courses for each DBT Skills practice through art workbook. These courses cover mindfulness skills, emotional regulation skills, interpersonal effectiveness skills and distress tolerance skills through creative practice.
The first two courses and the complimentary DBT Coaching Guide are largely based on Julie F. Brown's 2016 DBT Skills program. It is simple and tangible for all ages (multi-generational) to learn, practice and utilize effectively.
The advanced workbook is largely based on Marsha M. Linehan's work, and Sheri Van Dijk's work and guidance. Many the DBT-informed art activities referenced were first explored and published (2017) by British Art Therapist, Susan M. Clark.
